Preparation Guidelines

Deep fryer (for best results): Deep fry frozen products in hot oil on a medium heat at 180°C for 2 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Air fryer: Place frozen products in an air fryer and cook for 7 to 9 minutes at 220°C. Conventional oven: Place frozen products in an oven and cook for 7 to 9 minutes at 200°C, gas mark 6. All appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.

Ingredients

Defrosted shrimps (60%), water, wheat flour, stabiliser distarch phosphate, corn starch, egg albumen, emulsifiers (soya lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), baking powder, white pepper, vegetable fat (perilla), salt and vegetable oil.

Allergies

Contains crustacean (shrimp), wheat, gluten, egg and soya. Prepared in a facility that handles allergens including nuts.

Storage

Keep frozen below -18°C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
