Their meticulous preparation was first refined with masterly skill by Alfons Loacker and later by his son Armin, who preserved and enhanced the original recipe. The bright milk chocolate, with its distinctive soft hazelnut colour, bequeaths the most enchanting flavours of cream, caramel, and mixed-blossom honey.
