1Soak rice in room temperature for thirty minutes. |
2Boil water in a pot till it boil, then add the rice to the water and stir the rice only once. |
3Reduce heat to below the average, then close the vessel for about fifteen to twenty minutes. |
4Turn off the fire and leave at the pot for few seconds with keeping the pot closed and on fire for ten minutes, until rice grains are separated. Finally you'll get a doubled sized grains of Alwalima rice. |
