HOW TO APPLY
1. Decide where you want to apply the tattoo. Make sure your skin clean and dry before application.
2. Cut the tattoo out as close to the edge as possible.
3. Remove the protective transparent sheet and place the design face down onto the desired area.
4. Wet the paper with the wet towel firmly or sponge and wait 30 seconds.
